  Actually ,his wording allowd for the fact that both of them could have dated other people with it being considerd not caught by the other.

  ①with it のitはthe factを指しているであってますか？

  ②it being considered

  　動名詞が使われてるのは何故でしょうか？

  1. the fact that both of them could have dated other people itはここまでを指しています。

  2.his wordingが主語、allowedが動詞であり文章が完成しています。また、withは前置詞なので後ろは名詞しか置けません。なのでisやareなどのbe動詞は置けないので動名詞のbeingを使ってます。
